YouTube auto-translates video titles, descriptions, subtitles, and audio for users whose language differs from the creator's. This is frustrating for multilingual users who prefer original content. The only built-in workaround (changing YouTube country) breaks recommendations and trends. This extension provides a targeted fix without side effects.

User installs the extension and it works automatically. Content scripts inject into YouTube pages, intercept translated titles/descriptions/subtitles/audio, and replace them with the originals obtained from YouTube's oembed API or internal player data. Users can toggle individual features (titles, audio, descriptions, etc.) via the popup and optionally whitelist specific channels. An optional YouTube Data API key can improve description/chapter restoration.
