This is an open-source extension that changes homepage of Youtube (only search bar) and drops recommendations/comments from other pages.
Extension requires access to Youtube website to change its outlook.
Extension icon opens a popup with an option to show/hide the comments section of a video (to check timestamps in comments, for example). In the latest version, an option to temporarily disable the extension was added.
You can hover over the YouTube logo to access the navigation menu – playlists, liked videos, watch history, etc.

Perfect, just perfect, thank u so much for this.
Great extension, but lacks functionality (it's settings), the only option you have is "Show video comments". I'd also like to be able to easily disable the extension without going into settings in order to disable it. I like the way how it's done in the similar extension "UnDistracted". Overall good extension.

I would like there to be a feature to turn it off easily without uninstalling it each time. the option to turn back on comments still doesnt deactivate it.
