I started using Fathom less than a year ago, but it has been an incredible tool in my arsenal as a profit business coach. I love the advance notice to attendees to give them the option to agree to be recorded. The meeting starts and I don't have to confirm that it's ok to record because it's already been completed. The summaries afterward are also amazing. I'm a HORRIBLE notetaker, and Fathom closes that gap for me in a way that even the best assistant could never accomplish. I'm locked in as very satisfied customer!
