Honestly, I was surprised at how good Fathom is at picking out the important conversations and points and creating action items assigned to the correct person. I had a 2hr rambling working meeting that Fathom was somehow able to discern what was important, leave out the (somewhat lengthy) conversations on other topics not central to the work and create accurate action items. It's an excellent assistant.

Fathom is an absolute game changer for me, recruitment and recommended for any recruiter or recruitment business - I have tried some others too in the market but Fathom is the best! Being able to choose the format - general, interview or many other choice is amazing depending upon type of meeting or interview is amazing too. The summaries post meeting ..brilliant! Both parties can view and action points ready made. And it just works - once connected to Teams, Google and all the others it just does its thing without any fiddling at the beginning or end of the meeting! It's just so user friendly. An essential part of my tech stack and should be for other recruiters too. 10/10

Le résumé est de très bonne qualité, la to do capte bien toutes les actions, et pouvoir discuter via l'IA au sujet du call c'est vraiment trop trop bien ! Connectable en natif à Hubspot et Salesforce, il envoie les infos automatiquement dans le CRM. Sinon, ultra simple de le connecter avec ce qu'on veut via Zapier. Au top !
