The organization of the call summary makes it easy to find what you are looking for, share a specific moment from the call as reference, and take action. The upgrade to premium is a no-brainer. After the free trial I found that I immediately missed the key takeaways and the action items sections. My only recommendation would be that the account could be split into personas (personal, business, etc.) with a tiered subscription plan (?). In my example, I have the account as a personal account (gmail acct), but would have liked my business account to roll up to it, as opposed to having two separate accounts. It is such a great tool I can't imagine a meeting without it.
