Fathom has done so many simple things really well. It is easy to use with gmeet and zoom, its simple to pull the meeting notes, and the premium features are very easy to spot. I like having a clear idea of what I get for free and what I would need to pay for. Customer service is pretty responsive as well. I have been using fathom for close to a year and no complaints yet.

Excellent product. We were paying for another tool that was doing the same thing. Then someone we worked told me about Fathom. "Incredible all the way. Works and feels like magic." What do I like best about Fathom? - How incredibly accurate the not-taking, summaries and the action items are captured - The ability to chat with your meeting after the meeting is genius - Ability to go to the exact smarry bullet or action item and playback review what was said is super useful - Was incredibly easy to connect to Google Meet and Zoom and worked well all the time - Customer support is super friendly and easy to chat with during onboarding and the little follow-ups - I use the service every single time I now have a meeting - Actually, wanted to say I like almost everything about Fathom What do I think could be easier? - I'd love to ability to control who the meeting summaries and notes are send to after the meeting is over. Maybe it exists, but I was unable to find it. What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting me? - Helping me save time capturing notes accurately and helping me spend more time listening in the meetings. - The notes are immensely useful to review and understand all the action items and discussions.

Thanks to Fathom, I was able to record the entire workshop without any issues. The notes feature is a total lifesaver too! It made reviewing and sharing key points so much easier.
