We have tried several competitor to Fathom and Fathom is by far the best. We have shown Fathom to many and they agree and switch to Fathom. The products and results are superior and, not to be taken lightly, the UX/UI and the presentation are graphically pleasing and easy-to-read. That makes a difference.
Excellent tool for automatic meeting transcription: I can concentrate on what is being instead instead of writing notes. The transcription is accurate and I especially appreciate the way it automatically emails all attendees with the transcript and actions within seconds of the call ending.
Fatham has changed how we structure our remote team members. With Fathom's AI note taker, we never miss a deadline or meeting details. Our productivity has increased with Fathom, and our teams have been more successful by utilizing the details provided with Fathom. We would not have had the success this year without using Fathom for all of our meetings. We use it even for local teams to ensure the details and follow-up are captured. We will never hold meetings without Fatham!

Very good tool to record and analyze your calls
I'm constantly surprised by new solutions that seem to be based on never asking users what they want. Fathom is a refreshing contrast. It is so thoughtfully built plus adds flexibility to personalize the results you need. Every person I've referred to Fathom have thanked me -- and for good reason: Fathom allows you to be more productive in exactly the way you want.
Has become my go-to tool that I literally use everyday. The ways it has helped my engage with conversations in a more "present" way, ability to review notes and recordings after the fact has been a game changer.
