Fathom makes running my business so much easier. Not only does it free me up to really listen and pay attention to my clients. I love having the ability to download the transcripts and analyse them properly. I'm able to uncover key problems and solutions by doing that which is really beneficial. A few things I'd love to see: a bulk transcript export so I can download all cll transcripts with a particular person as well as a Claude integration!

"Easy to Use with Great Summaries and Video Recording" - What do you like best about Fathom? ease of use, great summary feature, video playback and recording. - What do you dislike about Fathom? It does sometimes make mistakes when transcribing, but that's within tolerance I'd say. I've heard of some cases that it wouldn't start recording, but it never happened to me. - What problems is Fathom solving and how is that benefiting you? Making notes during sales calls, video recording of the call (which is great for listening back), less pressure for me to take notes and focus on the meeting itself

J’apprécie beaucoup cet outil, mais j’ai rencontré des difficultés pour le connecter, notamment sur Google Chrome. J’ai réinstallé l’extension à plusieurs reprises, mais elle n’apparaît jamais dans Chrome. Il est possible que Google ne l’accepte plus. C’est dommage, car cela faciliterait grandement son utilisation.

Fathom is the best. I love that they offer all the premium features on the free plan for 5 calls per month. I recently used Attio for call recording/summaries because that's what one of my clients switched to and it's kind of a let down compared to Fathom. Fathom's UX is fantastic, setup is intuitive, and I have zero need to explore other call intelligence tools.
