I highly recommend Fathom! I’ve been using it for more than two years now and I absolutely don’t regret it. Even the free version is extremely useful. It has saved me from meeting misunderstandings and has saved me a lot of time thanks to its summaries—more times than I can remember. They keep improving the product, and now it automatically joins Zoom meetings and works with the Google Meet extension as well. Since I discovered Fathom, I haven’t even felt the need to try any other app.

I tried other note-taking tools before choosing Fathom AI, and what I like most is how easy it is to use. As a website agency founder and UX/UI Product Designer, usability is very important to me, and Fathom does this really well. I do have one suggestion to improve it: When I join a meeting from my Google Calendar and later leave and rejoin using the same calendar link, Fathom labels it as “Impromptu Google Meet Meeting.” It would be great if Fathom could still recognize it as the original scheduled meeting, since it’s the same meeting link. That small change would make the experience even better.
