Great tool to use. We used to use another notetaker, but following a review of those on the market, this was by far the best. Captures pretty much everything from meetings correctly and creates to-do lists for you. And stores the videos too. Support team are really quick and helpful too!

As a new user, I’ve been really impressed with Fathom. I’m naturally a note-taker, but the platform gives me confidence that I’ve truly captured everything from my meetings. I especially love that I can adjust the summaries to view the recording from different perspectives, whether through a sales lens or a customer success lens (and more), which makes evaluation so much easier. I've been using Fathom for a few months now and am absolutely happy with it. Due to an error of mine in the initial setup, I contacted their support, which was a pleasant and easy experience. My concern was fixed promptly, and it was never disruptive to my workflow. Personally, I appreciate the ability to provide the AI with additional instructions, even when using one of Fathom's templates, which makes it incredibly easy to tailor to my information and note-taking needs. Highly customizable, easy to use, and accurate with the transcription. I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a capable and reasonably priced AI notetaker.
