Fathom is an indispensable tool for my meeting management. Its functionality has not only streamlined my process but also significantly reduced my anxiety about overlooking critical information. I genuinely can't imagine running my meetings without it. It's a powerful and reliable tool that I highly recommend to anyone in a professional setting.
I am a raving fan of Fathom. I was using a competing product and found it would bypass the 'waiting room' and enter meetings before it should. As a result, it ran the risk of capturing confidential data of one client and sharing it with another. Fathoms interface takes this problem away and gives me control over which meeting it enters, and an easy way to remove it from teh meeting or a way to pause it if needed. The summaries are accurate, the transcription and video are helpful. The customer service has been on point - Rich and his team have been helpful, polite and great to work with
I love how simple and streamlined Fathom. I rely heavily on its capabilities for both audio, video, and transcription! I love how easy it is to copy my entire transcript and throw into any AI of my choice. I have not seen that ease of use with other platforms like Gemini notes or Fireflies. I love the clearly laid out summary email I get as well.
I LOVE Fathom and cannot imagine running a team without it now. The recording, transcript, AI summary and action items are a GAME CHANGER. I'm so glad I have this tool! My life is so much easier with Fathom. Thank you!!
Fathom has been a game changer in my business. The note taker is incredibly detailed and makes working with my team so much more efficient. Also, being able to give the transcript from my sales calls, onboarding calls, or client meetings to ChatGPT is great. Was super easy to install and have had no problems using it!
The app is very easy to use, readily available, doesnt have a ton of annoying pop ups, and the AI summary and action items are spot on. I really enjoy using this product and I appreciate the thought and attention that have gone into making the features easy to use.
Using Fathom has let me put down my pen and paper and focus on the meeting. Game changer and why didn't I sign up for this fabulous tool sooner?!

I created an interview template to fill out while I interview candidates. Fathom made that process obsolete and has provided EXCELLENT notes with follow up actions that I can share with my team. LOVE THIS TOOL!
