This extension does such a good job keeping the crud off my Facebook page that I am always shocked when I see the results when a friend who does not use it shows me their computer.
This extension is the real deal and a blessing. While Facebook continues to tinker with forcing ads on us, giving us features we didn't ask for, and changing the timeline on our feeds, FB Purity helps to clean up the experience. You get to see less of what you don't want, making it easier to focus on what you do want that Facebook's algorithm lets you see. Brilliant extension all around with great technical support to boot.
Please don't download the fake FBPurity (ending in .net) by mistake. If it's not www.fbpurity.com, uninstall the fake extension you downloaded and make sure you get this original extension instead. I could never have stayed on Facebook without F.B.(FluffBusting)Purity. Steve, who keeps it constantly updated, is a lifesaver.

Since Facebook keeps showing me the same ads no matter how many times I tell them it's not relevant and they broke ABP I looked into other methods and found FB Purity. Now I can go back to newst to oldest and not see stuff I'm never going to click on anyway. FB Purity makes Facebook great again!
