This works for me, if it does not pickup the authors I just add the manually. I also use Apogee to get those citations citethisforme does not.
RefMe was an excellent citation generator. CiteThisForMe is awful. It doesn't recognise most of the articles on pdf and even on webpages it cant seem to find authors (it can manage web address and title, thats it). The fact that it opens up the webpage everytime you add a citation and then you have to fill in the majority of details yourself is a waste of time. If anyone knows of a better citation generator please let me know. I am done with this.
This literally made my citing a lot easier. I am terrible at citing and could never grasp the concept, and when I started college and had to do it in APA format my mind exploded. This is an excellent problem free way to have your sources cited correctly with little effort.
mostly amazing
Clunky, inaccurate, out-dated. A cynical approach to software provision underscored by the purchase and burial of RefMe. I should add that I am using the paid version. The negative comments from others cannot be attributed to the fact they are using the free version.
