Finding info that helps me with diagnosis, great extension!
Its surprisingly good, and can stitch multiple confluence documents to provide you the full answer along with all the references. Great if you want to find out if multiple teams have worked on something.

It is hit or miss. Some interactions it will pull what I have asked it, then some times it will say it does not have direct access to JSM when it does and has no issues when using it in our support portal for JSM.
Very nice plugin, super handy when using Atlassiant products a lot!
I am Using ROVO un Opera GX and even though I have ran extensive troubleshooting on the Browser and extension as well, It keeps on not working. I mean, whenever I try to use it by clicking the Rovo icon logo floating to the right of my screen it does absolutely nothing. I can only use Rovo within Atlaassian, but I cannot use it whilst working in another site as the rest of my Coworkers do.
Need optimization for CPU spike when opening a tab; the tab is not snappy and took 3‑5 seconds to open.
It would be GREAT if we could set a default Agent to be opened upon calling the Rovo extension. Or at least to open last page used (which could be a chat thread within an Agent).
