Swordfish is easy to use and will find contact information on multiple social media platforms. Most of the time, the information, especially phone numbers, can be used as a starting point to determine more information. (That I could not get otherwise.) I am seeing more and more records where no information is available; however, I am not sure the reasons for this.
Swordfish has allowed us to find contact info that other major brands don't have. Although they supply an over-abundance of options and we often have to sift through that info to reach the right person, we're still getting to the people we need to which is ultimately the most important thing for us. I'd rather have too much and still get to the person, than not have any contact info. They're customer service is pretty good too. I still feel like a valued customer because I get to interact with humans in a timely manner if I have a problem or challenge. That chrome extension has given us some frustrations, but it seems like they're working on improving all the time. Thanks!!

Great tool to find contact information that is usually correct which helps a lot in my business.
Awful extension, useless collection of users data for nothing. You guys really don't have much reasonable things to do with your time, very sick and disgusting to say the least.
cannot create account even thought I am signing up with a business email address. receive an error message when contact customer support.
