How did I cope before Userlane? My company uses this across all its applications, there's a little assistant that pops up and helps me learn how to do anything I need to do to get my job done, but I have to confess I use it all the time because my memory is terrible and I keep forgetting things! There's also a useful search in the assistant that I can use to find anything from Confluence which is handy, because I don't need to keep opening more tabs.
So easy to use! Reduced support tickets by 50% in my previous company and made onboarding a great success. Wouldnt want to miss the analytics, they gave us a great insight into how our users user our own software. The customer support goes beyond the usual level as they share valuable insights into how to built a guided tour that drives feature adoption.
