I'm logged out constantly so the extension is basically useless. I get forced to visit the website to log back in which defeats the purpose of having the extension in the first place.
Can people just not read? If you want to change the volume click the extension then click settings and you can change sound and volume Rating it 1* for that reason is ridiculous especially since none of you even took the time to look for it
Same issue as Jan Baranowski notes - I'm logged out constantly so the extension is basically useless. I get forced to visit the website to log back in which defeats the purpose of having the extension in the first place.
It's actually worse than ever now. It was already going downhill, but now it just logs me out constantly and i need to visit Prolific site before is starts working. Even then, it sometimes stops for whatever reason. Sometimes it also doesn't play sound.
Needs a way to delete unwanted jobs from the queue, making it easier to check with a glance
This prolific assistance is totally not helping, it only notifies me once surveys are full
For those of you looking to turn the sound down or off click on the extension and then settings where there are options for alert sound (including none) and volume. I am having the same problem as others, always being signed out of the extension going hours and missing out on studies, albeit most of the time I am too late even if I manage to get into the study it says it is full. The extension used to work well. Not sure why it is having so many issues now, but it is disappointing to say the least.
Keeps logging me out of the extension even though still signed in on Prolific page. So I am missing HITS. NOT COOL.
Ne sert à rien. Il faut cliquer manuellement pour raffraichir et voir si des enquêtes sont disponibles. J'ai reçus plusieurs enquêtes et l'assistant, que ce soit sur Chrome ou Edge n'a ni créé de notification sur Windows, ni emis le moindre Bip sonore configuré dans les options pour m'avertir d'une alerte.
great extension but it has started signing out of prolific so have to sign in with the extension often even though still signed in through the webpage
