It needs to scan more frequently. 90% of the time the studies are full by the time the extension makes its notification sound. I think it only scans every couple of minutes and the surveys fill up in seconds in most cases. It helps to catch a survey here and there when the survey is accepting a massive number of people but otherwise its just way too slow.
Totally useless extension. It has a significant delay with the notifications...not working at all...
Used to work really well, but now it just... doesn't work. It stops checking. I went over to the studies page and noticed a study there, but no notification... because it had stopped checking at 8 AM, over 12 hours ago. 5/2/24 - It hasn't worked in weeks and it doesn't look like they're going to fix it anytime soon.
Doesn't work for me at all. I am logged in, but it either doesn't notify me of the study AT ALL, or it notifies me of studies when there's only 1 spot left and it's already gone immediately. I just have to refresh the page myself throughout the day like I usually do.
Didn't alert me with the sound notification many times when a new study was available. So, then why for is this addon if works only just if it want? At this form, this is a useless addon.
It literally never rang. I changed the volume and tried all the bells, still nothing. It only notified me when i physically checked and the studies were already ocupied.
Added it to get notified about available surveys. Turned out it's actually refreshes every few minutes, usually when I get the notification of a new study it's already full. I gave it 2 stars because it's UI is great but the only functionality that it should do is flawed/not customizable. If you could add a customizable refresh time option, it would be easily a 5-star addon. (I will change the rating once the addon will be constantly usable.)
It does work most of the time. Sometimes it just doesn't automatically check anymore (I think it happens when the computer was in standby) and you have to manually trigger a check. A bit annoying if you forget it.
It's a bit aggressive in the amount of times it "dings." I appreciate the notifications but I would like the ability to silence the audible notifications. A simple drop down at the top right of my screen (I use a macbook) would more than suffice.
