The extension is great! In combination with Chrome MRU (a Windows app, search the project on Github), you can use Ctrl+Tab to change the tab. The only critic I have is that it could really use a prettier CSS :P
It's pitty Chrome does not allow to use Ctrl+Tab. I use this in Opera. Not very easy to switch mind and muscle memory every time :(
really good in this version /3.0.1/
The behavior this extension provides should be standard in every browser. It amazes me that Chrome doesn't have it by default. My main use is for toggling between two tabs that I need to refer to - for example two different google docs. Before this extension I had to drag the tab off into it's own window so I could toggle between the two main chrome windows. Thanks to this extension, I do not need to do that anymore. Awesome job.
This is a great extension, just 1 minor annoyance... I hate the way it dings every time i switch. Remove that and it's 5 stars for sure!
Works great as a replacement for Ctrl-Tab if you run the following autohotkey script: #IfWinActive ahk_class Chrome_WidgetWin_0 ^Tab::^` That binds Ctrl-Tab to Ctrl-` (button above tab). Just go to the extension options with the ahk script running, and bind to Ctrl-Tab and it will put Ctrl-` in the box for you
Almost not working now :( impossible to use, big big big bugs. Contact me if you want to test
well, I have to learn new shortcut /ctrl+q instead of ctrl+tab/, and not working on some pages /as extension web page, or when you open options/, but nothing better is available for now..
Best implementation of MRU on Chrome, with tab previews a nice bonus.
Perfect, exactly what I want, a tab switcher similar to alt-tab that's simple, out of the way, quick, nice looking, this one is a must!
