I just started using Mimax when I joined my new company. I started receiving beautiful, simple, product emails and always wondered if I could do that for our company. This is an excellent and light weight way to build in CRM to your workflow. The thought that it should revolve around email and your email account is awesome and not to mention that new features keep coming out monthly for no extra cost! Love it!
Just spent an hour drafting an email. I selected "Send later". The email did not get moved to my drafts and was deleted. I checked the mixmax website and I can not find the email their either. Even before this sometimes my scheduled emails would appear in my outbox but not under the outbox tab on my account on the mixmax website or visa versa. Never using this again.
the read receipt feature is amazing!!
I do like the ease of use and the calendar scheduling is awesome. But the product relies on the kindness from Google. Your account can get blocked by google if they decides you are sending too many email per day. I don't like that from the first minute I got it I am constantly being pushed to recommend the product to seven of my contacts.
Not improving fast enough, takes over and hijacks your inbox instead of being helpful, too much self promotion, even as a paying member.
