I've been using Mixmax for 6 months now and i absolutely love it. There is two part of my career. Before Mixmax, and after Mixmax. With Mixmax, i got an amazing boost in productivity where with few keyboard stroke, i am able to fill templates, send automatic follow-up and reminders to prospects in sequences, gain extra intelligence on email stats that allows me to intelligently follow up. The calendar scheduling feature is just great. It saves me on hiring an assistant and i leave great first impression especially after upgrading and branding my calendar invite. The support team has been just fantastic. Very quick in replying and giving work around. They are constantly improving the product. Those guys just get it!!!!
Pro: The scheduling tool is amazing, the /command tools are excellent for saving time, the link population makes my emails look stunning. Cons: It can REALLY slow my computer down. The emoticons feature should be disabled at the start. Because of it slowing my computer down I have stopped using MixMax as much. Innovation: I understand your method for growth hacking but it is invasive. The constant non-specific notifications (ex. salesforce - which I don't even use) are very annoying. Having to log in just to use my email sometimes is a pain. Make the pre-loaded come with unlimited tracking and reduce other features. Tracking is easy to do with many other extensions. In fact, Hubspots sidekick competes with MixMax in the extensions - which is also a pain. MixMax is very responsive to customers - including posts to them on Twitter. in the end I see the /cal being a stock standard command for years to come. Five stars for being innovative and customer centric. Just make it faster with by eliminating or reducing features that simply don't matter (emoticons).

Drove me crazy, always in your face suggesting things. Very useful tools but more intrusive than helpful. Please let the user choose what they want and when they want and stop suggesting things!!!
I genuinely love mixmax. There's loads of great aspects to it, but for me the tracking is still top. It's so smooth compared to others i've tried and you can also the track location of where your email was read and on what device it was read on - hugely useful if you're trying to suss out if they've given your email much time or consideration. What's also cool is the personal touch delivered by the team. You can email the CEO, Olof to ask questions & make suggestions - he always replies! I love that. I'd like to see a mixmax app for iOS so you can send and track on the go, that would be great. Give it a go, you won't regret it.
I am a new user. But instantly I have become fervent fan. How did I live without this email tracking? When people open my email, I know and when they click on a link in my email now. INSANELY COOL. Also... Now when anyone asks me what day/time I want a meeting now, I send them the scheduler -- I have seriously overstepped with some bigwigs' (VC) assistants now bc I love this plugin so much. They will send me times and I will send them a link to Mixmax scheduler. Like...bam...please use this instead. THANK YOU FOR THIS PRODUCT!!! I've also really enjoyed their on-boarding. I've been studying this because we hope to launch in a few months (we are in fashion/tech) and I can't tell you how perfect and well thought-out the user experience has been on mixmax. You don't get the ridiculous cognitive load that a lot of these types of email management systems send you when you first log in. they send me relevant tips when I'm about to do things or when they see i've done them before You can just tell this product has been given an immense amount of thought.
Absolutely fantastic extension!!! I've been using it for 6 months and it is indispensable to me. As a professor, I consistently recommend mixmax to all of my students and colleagues. It is particularly helpful with Google Inbox. Outstanding!!! Deserves more than 5 stars!

Mixmax has been a game changer from the day I started using it. I have been using Mixmax for about 3 months now and have kept an eye out for similar extensions and have not found one that even comes close. The team has done a good job in implementing all the basic, and in many cases advanced features. Once you start using Mixmax it'll be hard to go back to good ol' simple email.
