PDF.js is community-driven and supported by Mozilla. Our goal is to create a general-purpose, web standards-based platform for parsing and rendering PDFs.
This extension offers PDF.js as the default PDF viewer in Chrome. This is the official Chrome extension of the PDF.js project. Be careful of unrelated copycats.
If you want to use this viewer to view local files, visit chrome://extensions/?id=oemmndcbldboiebfnladdacbdfmadadm and put a check before "Allow access to file URLs".

Can no longer open a downloaded PDF thanks to this extension. It opens it in a new window in the browser and has added extra steps to what should be a simple process.
Works great to view and the print without having to download, save then view then print.
Works quite well but it does not preserve the original PDF file name when saving. Also, it does not allow to save PDF files to an arbitrary folder, only option is to download to the default DOWNLOADS folder and then I´ve got to move (and usually rename) it manually
Printing does not work properly on Mac. Texts are blurry.
Just the best PDF viewer ever.
It stopped working in Opera, any chance of releasing it for use in that browser?

Having facing pages as option would be nice, but it's much better than the Chrome default viewer! Really appreciate the extension.
