I love this app, and the customer support is always very responsive.
Lots of options missing, especially for Public groups. No updates in 2 years. Keyword in answers only works if the keyword is the single word of the answer otherwise its not working. No ability to combine with other keywords. no ability to decline spammer countries (mostly african countries, india, Pakistan, chinese spammers...). no ability to approve if a keyword exists in a comment. no ability to approve if no answer are provided but a post is made or a comment is made that contains a keyword. and many many more options missing...
I have been using group collector for a long time. Thanks to the owner of the software. I think we need some more features that will help us a lot. We users will benefit a lot if you bring these features. If possible for you then definitely consider these features. 1. Send Auto Friend Request who is newly approved in group. 2. Send Welcome Message to new group members. 3. Message new group member before approval. 4. Auto message declined members Thanks...
I bought this system yesterday, set it up very easily and quickly and it works perfectly. I am very happy with it. I mover away from Groups Pro which i had for 2 years and was always having issues of some sort every time I need to use it. This tie it was down for 2 weeks, So I moved to Group Collector and I am so happy I did. Group Collector approves automatically, no need to log in every day to click the approval. An it connects to a wide list of autoresponders. So far vey happy that I fond this option.
It serves its purpose perfectly. This tool saves me a lot of time. Very simple to use and works really well. I am glad I got the extension. Saves me hours of manual work.

I absolutely love Group Collector, it's literally like having a virtual assistant! Collects answers, email and allows you to set up an autoresponder/email to welcome new people into the group, soooo good!
AMAZING group collector! I used a different one originally that would always miss the emails I was trying to collect. This one is VERY easy to use. I have been using it for 1 year now and have had zero missed emails. Great customer service. I recommend joining their facebook group for any updates. Definitely get this extension!
Group Collector is fantastic. I wish I got it earlier. It was easy to set up and was working in 10 minutes or less. It saves SOOOOO MUCH time. Prior as members come in, I had to write their names and emails down if I wanted to retain them. If you had 10, you had to manually make all those entries. Day after day, that gets old. That's not to mention the answers to other questions. This save all their inputs. Now, I feel like a big burden has been lifted off because all I have to do is click Approved, and you don't even have to do that. You can set it to auto-approve or disapprove based on your criteria. Great software.
This works!! Worth every penny. This extension will save you so much time you'll wonder why it took you so long to get it.
