It took some time for me to figure out how to make this software work. But now, it does actually work for me! Awsome. I even exported the data into a CSV file, imported it to my subscriber list in my e-mail program, and it was still working. Awsome tool!
I'm constantly getting an error message about "error performing query". Sometimes it works, but more often it doesn't. It's getting annoying.
This extention has been so beneficial for me in collecting emails into my list in a simple manner that saves a lot of manual labour. I can even use this to turn my fb group into a members area for my coaching with the link up to clients emails for auto validation and approval into the group!
The best tool a must have if you run facebook groups. Make the investment it is worth every cent. Thank you for making my life easy and saving me time
I LOVE this chrome extension! It allows me to add all new group members to a google sheet which then allows me to trigger a lot of other automation that ultimately adds them to my newsletter and creates a personalized welcome post :) Amazed!
Super useful extension! I used to pay a VA to manually add all our new group members to a spreadsheet. Now it's done automatically with a single click. Brilliant! My only complaint is that their website has nowhere to log in, so if you need to reinstall (as I have had to do a couple times over the past year) the License key is somewhat of a mystery. I had to contact support for help. So...when you first get your key, put it in a safe place!
Its a stable app and very usefull for grow facebook groups.
Love it, because it does what it says! Group Collector makes it so easy for me to collect emails from my Facebook community! In my 3 questions I ask for members email address in the 2nd question. "May I ask for your best email to keep you updated on community news?" And they give me their email address! This is Brilliant!
It really works... and it works well! If you have a thriving Facebook group, it would be a shame not to have this extension. Easy to set up. Tutorial video provided. Took me less than 10 minutes... with no frustrations.
