Absolute Game changer for Documenting processes and SOPs for small businesses
Great product
I love Scribe! I am an Instructional Coach in a school and often train teachers (up to 30) on new curriculum, processes and other tasks. I do not mind doing so but I do not always have the time to repeatedly tell or show multiple people how to complete a task after a training. Scribe allows me to leave them with a step-by-step guide (with visual screenshots) on how to complete those tasks that I may have only been able to show them once. It's easy to learn, easy to follow and gives the reader the number of steps in the task and how long completing the scribe should take.
Honestly, great format and easy to use. Making processes for staff to follow and learn from is very important to us. Scribe makes it extremely easy to get our message across.
Scribe is simply THE best tool out there to create SOPs, share how to complete a task and train someone on a workflow. The interface is intuitive, the use is 100% reliable, I would cry if I could not use Scribe in my work anymore.
Scribe has made developing instructional slideshows and videos and creating internal SOP documents a breeze! Loving it!
Best training tool that I have used to date. Makes it real easy for onboarding new staff and providing procedures for all staff to follow. Really easy to use and file away for future referencing. You can also add to them when you need to edit the steps. Recommend to anyone!
Super helpful for onboarding and having a secure location to save the more complicated SOPs!
Awesome way to create "how to" instructions for employees. Very easy and a time saver (no more cut and paste from websites). The free version only allows on certain sites, but it is a great start.
Excellent and super simple way to train your staff with step by step guides, highly recommend.
