I'm new to Scribe but saw it advertised on my social media and decided to try it out. It's a game changer! Highly recommend. Very user friendly and self explanatory. I especially love that you can edit steps after you've done the capture or delete steps that weren't actually necessary. It's already saved me a lot of time!
I am just starting to use Scribe but I found already that it is very user friendly and quick to learn.
Saving me hours! Scribe has been so easy to use with the extention and has saved me hours of screenshots, documentation and training. It's so simple to use and edit (just on the free version) - a life saver.
This is brilliant. It help me to show PDF file step by step how to's Whilst just working. Easy to edit and easy to use.

Best addition to our firm in 2024! Super helpful for quick instructions for staff and clients. Better than an explanation because they can keep this and refer back. We embed our scribes into One Note for specific instructions for each client processes. So incredibly easy to use and our clients and staff love it!
Scribe is so, so handy! I use it all the time to create how-tos for colleagues. I'm thrilled to have an option besides creating a screen recording which I always found awkward to make and a drag to watch. These step-by-step instructions are easy to edit to add more detail and super convenient to revisit.
This is my go-to tool to explain my workflow processes to colleagues - in the hopes that providing them resources so that they can learn/do these things on their own. The instructions are clear, concise, and repeatable by even my most tech-phobic friends! However, given how often I use it, I find there are Pro functions that seem they should be in the free option, such as adding new photos to steps. That would have been 5 stars for me.
Great tool to easily create and share 'how-to' guides. I have used regularly in the last week and it has saved me so much time when documenting processes for colleagues. Be sure to try it out.
