Would be wonderful if I could go back and select a previous email received and be able to add it to my timeline instead of always doing it from the reply email.
Was really hoping for a more automated process of logging emails to Totango, accessing email templates, and tracking logs (opens, clicks, etc.). This plug-in requires you to select the company you wish your email to be logged each time. Using an auto-bcc plug-in to [email protected] is working better for my needs. If you need to access your contact list and that's it, this was a nice plug-in for that. I've already removed it and will wait for the next version.
I've been waiting over a year for this Gmail + Totango integration... it works like a charm and makes things SO MUCH EASIER. Just started using it and am excited to see Touchpoint Templates available soon.
