This extension allows to find and delete duplicate bookmarks, empty folders, merge folders with the same name (within the same path), find no longer working and expired bookmarks and remove them easily.
Permissions explained:
1. Read and change your bookmarks(required on install) - required for core functions to work
2. Read and change all your data on the websites you visit(optional, not asked until you use Broken URLs checker) – to check if bookmarked page loads and doesn't return any error.

Amazing
Saved all as a file before starting, just in case something went wrong, but all went perfectly. Loved it getting rid of broken url's as well, top marks.
Absolutly Bullshitt this Extension, it works nothing.
Really usefull
Yo no soy de opinar pero creo que esta extensión bien vale la pena dedicarle unas notas, de verdad me ahorro muchísimo tiempo, he tenido varios ordenadores, laptops, de escritorio, mi móvil etc y cada vez agrego a mis favoritos lo que considero "después veré" ja, ja, ja, cosa que no pasa en muchos de los casos, antes de que lo encontrara estuve borrando uno a uno y revisando que muchos a lo largo de este tiempo incluso ya no están activos, este plugin me ahorro estar revisando duplicados y si están aún en linea con solo 2 clics, mucho tiempo el que me ahorro, lo recomiendo al 100%, no duden en descargarlo.
Why isn't this baked directly into Chrome? This ext saved me - I don't even know how much time/energy. Please Google... Buy this and then integrate into your product.
Absolutely perfect! Works very well, warns you to back up your bookmarks beforehand, offers very transparent ways to automatically handle/select dublicated bookmarks or folders. Thanks!
It doesn't like thousands of bookmarks. It would lock up each time I selected more than one duplicate bookmark entry. In addition there was no easy way to select many duplicates. It has to be done manually. Aside from that it works, albeit very slowly. It is only beta and needs more developing to be really useful. I understand this sort of thing is a huge undertaking and the developer deserves credit for what he has done. In conclusion. Its an extension worth keeping an eye on but at the stage it is in now, (0.7) its not worth using unless you're a tester.
