This extension allows to find and delete duplicate bookmarks, empty folders, merge folders with the same name (within the same path), find no longer working and expired bookmarks and remove them easily.
Permissions explained:
1. Read and change your bookmarks(required on install) - required for core functions to work
2. Read and change all your data on the websites you visit(optional, not asked until you use Broken URLs checker) – to check if bookmarked page loads and doesn't return any error.

Basic UI, but works! I got rid of many old non-working URL's and duplicates I had from several backups I've made for years.

whats the point of using this if chrome's broken browser duplicate bookmarked like 500 each of 3 different URL's. and your extension has no select all function, you expect me to sit here and click every box for like 1600 URL's. no why dont u have a select all funcion and then i will unselect the ones that i want to keep. please update.
WOW!!! Erano anni che non trovavo e di conseguenza pulivo la miriade di "Preferiti" tra siti off-line, duplicati, ecc....un vero macello! Finalmente con questa estensione e tanta pazienza ho dato una bella sistemata e ripulita!!!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ WOW!!! It had been years since I found and consequently cleaned the myriad of "Favorites" between offline sites, duplicates, etc.... a real mess! Finally with this extension and a lot of patience I gave it a good tidying up and cleaning!!!!!!
Worked great getting rid of many years of duplicate syncs back and forth between browsers.

Should have an option to complete one of each duplicate rather than selecting individually which to delete.
자주 필요하진 않는데 북마크 한번 크게 정리할 때 꼭 필요했던 기능이라 겨우겨우 찾아내서 안지우고 보관중
