I love the job tracking feature on Teal! It is helping me stay organized during this grueling process of finding a job. I love idea of the resume builder, but it has not proven to pull over all the information very accurately to tailor my resume to each job I apply for. It ends up taking more time to use that feature than to just make the changes on my resume manually myself. But the job tracker is perfect! And very easy to use!
This has been extremely useful in tailoring my resumes and cover letters to each role. The LinkedIn integration is a great way to streamline the process. Overall it has been making my application process more efficient and effective (I think, still waiting to hear back from the jobs I have applied to).
It's been working well! It grabs job details from LinkedIn without a fail and really helps me keep track of jobs during my job-hunting time!
This is a godsend. I'm truly terrible about being rigorous at tracking my jobhunt. With this installed its trivial to ensure that you build good practises. Whether it's a role, contact or company that you see you can immediately store it safely in your job tracker so you cant forget you need to follow it up. Bob messages you about a possible role, a couple of clicks and now Teal knows about Bob and will nag you if you don't follow up when you said you wanted to. For jobs, I no longer break my 'hunt' flow, I roll through the sites I use, relentlessly saving opportunities that look worth further investigation. This plugin allows be to bookmark each one into my tracker (whether on a supported site or not) and I can then switch to review mode and process them en masse.
The Teal tracker makes my job search much easier. While it does not automatically enter jobs on all sites, it does a good job. It does allow you to enter things manually when needed. I hope that with continued improvement with the extension, it will only get better and easier to track jobs. Definite add to extensions now!
This is a very organized platform that gives me the ability to track current jobs and statuses, and build my resume/cover letter to my specific liking. They're also up to date with current employment trends and technologies (AI). I'd highly recommend this platform for job success.
To get pass the ATS at companies, you need to customize your resume and cover letter for each job application. Teal not only helps with that, but allows you to add the actual job description into their system to track. They make it easy with a add on to the web browser (I use Chrome). Teal also has AI buttons to help with writing your resume and cover letter and evaluating the job description for important skills.
Super helpful job hunting extension! I've been able to easily track jobs and modify my resume for each application. In the first 1-2 weeks of using it to apply I've gained traction with 3 interviews – highly recommended! HOT TIP: I used a good Teal version of my resume to update profiles across recruiting sites like LinkedIn, Zip Recruiter, Glassdoor, Jobot, etc. Recruiters are finding me and reaching out directly. Keywords are key! 🤯✨
