This is the app I've needed. Specifically, the ability to tailor my resume (easily) to match job posts. I also really like ability to save jobs from linkedin that show up on tracker.

Great time saver for tracking all of the posts I have applied for or been interested in. Being able to have browser-based interaction between LinkedIn and the tracker is really handy at a time when I am getting really tired of having to type in the same information over and over again- I wish all aspects of the application process could be as smooth as using Teal!
I just started using this and this is honestly SO helpful.
They are adding new capabilities all the time, I get a lot out of the platform and it does save me time. Now if only you could compare a saved job listing to all your previous resumes to see which rates highest so you can begin with a copy of that template for the new saved job description.
This app and its Chrome plug-in are pretty much the only thing that are keeping me from feeling completely overwhelmed by my job search. With all the talk about automated applicant tracking systems, it's more important than ever to fine-tune your resume for each individual job posting, which is a snap with Teal. I highly recommend it to anyone who's ever felt swamped by the hundreds of submissions it takes to get hired these days.

I feel more empowered by Teal. I didn't think an organized workflow, helpful tips at every step, and a super friendly, confident cover letter generated by AI could make me feel confident in my ability to find a job. I have bipolar disorder, so looking for a new job can feel stressful on top of taking care of my mental health. Having all my job hunting work organized in a single app makes it much easier to keep track of my applications and to stay motivated with tailoring each resume and cover letter, something I dreaded doing. This is so much better than my Word doc and file folder system.
Teal has been an absolute godsend during my job search. The UI/UX is well-designed. It is similar to an ATS, which I love since I'm a Recruiter. The goal-setting, target company list maker, and dashboard features are fantastic!
