He asked thoughtful follow-up questions to fully grasp how I envisioned each feature, and you could clearly feel how committed the team is to truly implementing user feedback. The level of support is outstanding. The fact that the founders personally take time for these conversations says a lot. The discussion was super productive, and overall just a great experience. On top of that, the tool itself—Pretty Prompt—is excellent. It’s incredibly useful, works very well, and is highly reliable. I especially love the context feature; it’s a huge help and makes a real difference in everyday use.
