Where do I begin? Probably with some cliche beginning like "Where do I begin?" In no order of importance, let's begin with use case. As a password manager, the app and extension has improved considerably in the past 2 years or so. Cloaked has become my default password manager and has integrated wonderfully with my mobile experience on Android. It has a functional autofill function which makes it super easy to use. Not jumping back and forth between apps that require biometric login every time. I have migrated my credentials from a prior service which experienced data breaches and leaks, something I learned of through Cloaked email newsletter. Cloaked Identities? This is where Cloaked delivers an incredible service. Easily create temporary emails and phone numbers for websites which offer discounts for providing such contact info. This then secures our identities from those data breaches. There are only a few alternatives available on the Google Play Store, none of which come close to the experience Cloaked offers. The UX is easy to use, very self guided, and very clean. The UI on the app does go through routine changes throughout the updates, which over time has made the app much easier to use and understand. The Marketing Team. I discovered Cloaked as an early beta user through the Brave Browser's advertisement. For a service like Cloaked, the marketing decision to advert via Brave was highly effective in identifying my needs and delivering to the right audience like myself. I mentioned earlier about their email newsletter. The newsletter is worth subscribing to as a reliable stand alone service apart from Cloaked. Constant communication about the latest in data breaches, security news, and more. The marketing team delivers value independent from the Cloaked service and this compliments the service wonderfully. Support Team I have switched devices a handful of times over the last 2 years and it is fairly common for me not to remember my Cloaked master password. *gasp* I know. How could I? Cloaked secures my account with E2E encryption so a handful of times I have had to email the support team with help just to be reminded that Cloaked does not store any information about account recovery. The support team is also oh so very friendly about reminding me that there is recovery documentation saved from my registration. Every time I find my recovery key and can recover my account. Every time I appreciate the support team for helping less tech advanced people remember that our accounts are both secured and we have the resources we need to recover our account. I have seen this service grow a lot over the last 2 years. Every aspect of this service has improved, every experience has gotten better, and the team has a lot of potential in the tech industry. This is my most used app and I recommended it to my own mother. It's more than just a password protector, it protects your identity, phone number, and email too. It allows you to use sites that you would never register with your normal email address.

The ability to have different phone numbers for different identities online and offline is a great idea. I’m heavily using it. I'm supper happy with this app and I think that I'll keep it forever. I don’t use it as a password manager though, since it doesn’t have a strong 2fa method to log into your account, like a Yubikey. Putting all my credentials in a place without such a strong 2fa is a risk I don’t want to take. So for now I’m mostly using it for phone numbers, but still have my password manager.
