There are many great add-ons available, but this one is the worst tool I’ve ever used. The review section is spammed with fake reviews, all posted around the same time😂😂😂. Most importantly, many of its services are misleadingly advertised as free, but require payment after creating an account. This one crashes a lot and you have to restart the browser again, also it only works on images not videos.
The tool has not been activated yet I am appalled by the neglect I am experiencing from your end, especially with the multiple channels you have on YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter. This could potentially harm your reputation, something I wish to avoid. If my messages continue to be disregarded after this, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

You need to create an account, but there is no function to delete your account. Review export does not work reliably, i.e. not all reviews are found, some redundantly, and only 3 fields are exported.
