Useful to help manually fill in the forms quicker by copying the saved information - but whenever I used it on a form I ran into terrible spam detection issues, making it impossible to actually send out applications. Spent more time trying to solve captchas, change IP or doing other things, than it saved me on filling those forms.

The autofill feature is incredibly accurate and maps your resume directly into almost any application with a single click. It cuts the time it takes to apply from 15 minutes down to just a few seconds. Because it removes all the tedious manual data entry, it has allowed me to significantly increase the number of places I can apply to in a day without getting burnt out. Will update this to 5 stars when fixed! Cover letters: There is a bug (or maybe its purposeful) preventing me from uploading a cover letter properly. For some reason, they want to autogenerate it even if you upload it, but the autogenerated version is terrible. You can't replace the auto-generated version with your cover letter without a lot of formatting, so I just basically end up not using their cover letter upload feature and manually upload it myself each time. This is annoying. AI: I keep getting (AI is out of tokens - something was skipped). This results in me having to do a lot of additional work that I didn't have to do before. And it doesn't tell me where it failed. Speed: Adding skills to a workday application is so painfully slow. I watched a whole tv episode and came back and it was still adding them. By then the application had timed out so it wasted all that time hogging my computer for nothing. UI. Could use work. On workday I have to press x to close it since it covers the save and continue buttons. Resources: I have to click each page and save the content. Wish it could do that automatically for you since it still takes time to do that. Plus, it should be able to do the stuff in the background while I use other tabs.

Simplify Copilot is a pretty awesome tool to help you with your job search. What I liked about it is that it has a job search tab that allows you to tailor the job search to your search criteria. It also has another tab that keeps track of all of your applications, so you know which jobs you applied to. I still do not know how effective it is in getting you job interviews and in actually finding you a job. But it is a very good place to start your search!
