Doesn't work. In fact, it does the exact opposite and sometimes makes the spacebar stop working.

I was tired of youtube always changing the volument when I use those arrow keys. It was so bad that it gave me a habit of always clicking somewhere random on a page as soon as I enter it.
Could you also permanently assign pause/play to SPACE BAR? Now Google has broken it too.

It works, screw youtube for letting such an annoying bug go perma-unfixed
Doesn't work. Found that when mute/speaker widget is double-clicked (which just toggles mute on/off quickly) then L/R scroll and U/D volume are restored.
