役に立たないどころか、Chromeで全く何も行えなくなる最低最悪の機能拡張。 どのタブに移動しようとしても、即座に強制的にこの機能拡張のタブが開かれてしまい何も行うことができない。 Chromeから削除しようとしても、機能拡張の管理を開くことすらできない。機能拡張をオフにしても勝手に有効になり、機能拡張の管理画面が即座に隠されてしまう。 なぜこんなのが、推奨されているんだ。 星を一つすら付けたくない。
This tool has saved me from accidentally closing Chrome windows many times; however, it behaves erratically when I share my screen during a Google Meet session. Could you please look into fixing this issue? As a suggestion, it might help to add site-based exceptions. When the extension detects a site from a predefined list, it could prompt the user with an alert requesting authorization to temporarily disable the extension for a specified, renewable period. I’d happily repay you in coffee if you make this happen!
Good but poorly made it seems the user who made this forgot that each tab opend is its own process which means by using this your not only getting ram usage from the extension but the tab to now normally this is fine but for those shorter on ram its not
Works excellent for me. Been using it for a little less than a year now. I'm suprised it has a 3.5 rating, especially for a free plugin.
It somewhat works, but in an annoying way. Especially if a tab moved to a new window, and then moving it back creates new Chrome Close Lock tab.
This extension is quite concise, but I believe the automatic activation of protection should be retained, as having to manually enable the protection feature every time is extremely annoying for me.
Works really great for me. Thank you.
1. This isn’t practical if I have to keep the tab of this extension open. 2. This is also inconvenient to select the ENABLE option every time when a new Chrome window opens. 3. It can prevent the closing very well. 4. It replaces my start up page.
Utterly useless. Maybe i am doing something wrong but the Chrome Close Lock tab is active and green saying "Protection Activated" which should mean Chrome can't be closed accidentally. Yet on several occasions when my mouse has inadvertently been knocked to the floor and clicked the X to close the browser Chrome Close Lock has not prevented Chrome Browser from closing. Thankfully on those occasions i could recover my tabs i have not always been so lucky which is why I wanted something to prevent mass accidental closing of tabs.
