When you pause a YouTube video, the player controls don't disappear. That makes it really hard to take a clean screenshot of the video. The controls also block your view, which can get really annoying. Hyde is a simple Chrome extension that allows you to hide or show the video player controls easily.
⭐ Simply use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+M to hide the controls or show them again. ⭐

didnt work
Funktioniert leider nicht. Schade
When I downloaded the extension on edge it didn't work. Instead the edge browser would just simply mute the tab whenever I pressed ctrl + M. This led me on a wild goose chase to try disabling the specific ctrl + M shortcut in group policy settings and whatnot. To get the extension working all you just need to do is to go to your browser's extension shortcut page and set "hide/show controls" to Ctrl + M. Man what a pain
Can you make this for mozzila I am switching due to manifest 3 changes
Perfect.
Works great for me, ( Chrome on Windows 7 )
Doesn't work anymore
You're a King, thank you
Easy to use. Sometime didn't show bar in one click but not that often and easily fixed.
It used to work but not now, so I got a certain AI to make a user script for me that works as a replacement made even better.
