Does anyone know how I can change from the Paid version to the free version withough ruining my settings?
Wonder why my experience was so bad when so many great reviews, but here goes: 1. Tried to share a sub label (sub folder) in gmail on chromebook; CloudHQ shared the ENTIRE parent label along with all sub labels, including tons of personal stuff. Oops! 2. Not to worry tho, cause I caught it immediately, moved the sublabel to the highest level, verified that it had all the correct content, THEN shared it. 3. When the recipients accepted the share, they saw no content in the label whatsoever. 4. When I tried to use the CloudHQ admin tool and carefully followed the instructions to UNshare the top level label that it had previously erroneously shared, it didn't appear as a shared label in their tool, HOWEVER it still showed as shared in gmail. I had to click the SHARE button again to unshare it. So that happened.
Should be 5 stars but used to be able to share drafts but it is now broken. Will change to 5 if ever this feature comes back.
Insane how much free stuff cloudHQ gives away. Using this app for a mass email dump as needed for a patent filing. Our lawyers love it. I love it because it saved me hours of mindless "print to pdf". Also - on a complete side note: As a consultant, this allows me and my team to share boxes with clients. So awesome to not have to log into 80 different CRM's everyday. We're able to coach responses in real time. Thank you, CloudHQ & keep up the awesome work.
Doesn't work in recent windows versions OR it is a dangerous app. I got a pop-up window asking for access to all private information. That's a huge red flag, as in "don't do it, ever".
Great, Great, Great. Have found exactly what I was look for. I just started the process, and they did the rest; my files in all my cloud accounts.
I am loving this extension. It just keeps getting better and better at helping me in taming my emails. Love the chat feature! Keep it up cloudHQ!
Exactly what I was looking for! Friendly team of support people and they assist even though I am not a paying customer. This is going above and beyond mere customer service. Highly recommended to every one who wants improved email productivity all the time. Thanks for this excellent free tool for Gmail and Google Chrome.
Found this Gmail Label and Email Sharing Chrome Extension by accident when I was looking for a way to share some of my project emails without manually forwarding to my colleagues every time. Saves me some steps and lots of time. And best of all , it's free with my Gmail account.
absolute garbage, the technical support team is even worse than the developers, i reported an issue and they disabled my account, pure garbage
