I tell if it even sent the email to my collaborator...a confirmation or further instruction would help. also why is the chat box up?? and the chat doesnt work anyways and is in the way :{ if someone could help remove that darn chat thing on the side of my email inbox that would be great. i dont want to have to uninstall this extension... thanks! These negative reviews aren't reflective of my experience whatsoever..I had a quick question (was deciding whether or not to purchase this extensino), and Mandy with the support team wwas incredibly helpful and kind. This extension is great for light users and small businesses. It makes for quick, easy communication, and doesn't overload your Gmail.
Works like a charm. And yes you do need to pay for it - I guess this is not for people looking for something for free. Also kudos for excellent support :-)

After installing this plugin to collaborate with a team member I started getting spammed by the company. Even after installing the plugin I still continue to get spammed by the company- not just on one of my google accounts- on multiple google accounts. I like the functionality of the app, but not the incessant spamming on all my accounts and the seeming impossibility to truly unsubscribe from the spam messages.
There are lots of wrong information. First, they offer a free tool to share the emails between accounts. In their blog, they say that the service is completely free and you can share drafts, received and sent emails. But, after the installation, you will see that to share drafts properly, you must upgrade your account. And it was a surprise that even after the upgrade, I can't share my drafts. The support doesn't exist. I waited for 24 hours for answers and they have not come. My experience was terrible: I lost money, time and my patience!
