This extension prevents the sites you specify from appearing in Google search results.
You can add rules on search result pages, or on sites to be blocked by clicking the toolbar icon. Rules can be specified either by match patterns (e.g. *://*.example.com/*) or by regular expressions (e.g. /example\.(net|org)/).
You can use this extension in several search engines other than Google. The list of supported search engines is available at:
https://github.com/iorate/ublacklist#supported-search-engines
You can synchronize rulesets across devices via cloud storage. At the moment, Google Drive and Dropbox are supported.
You can also subscribe to public rulesets. Some subscriptions are listed on the website:

使えなくなったPersonal Blocklist (by google)の代替を求めてこの拡張に辿り着きました。 Googleの検索結果をコントロールする機能は世界中で要請があるはずなのですが、 それを満たす拡張は大変少ないのが現状です。 この拡張はPersonal Blocklist (by google)をほぼ代替していると言ってもよく、 今後重宝させて頂くことになりそうです。 特にPersonal Blocklist用リストから一括インポートできる機能が追加されたのが素晴らしい！ これこそが乗り換えの決め手ですな。 ちなみにFireFoxでは先に挙げたGoogle版Personal Blocklistのフォーク版Personal Blocklist (not by google) が有志で開発されており、オリジナルに加えて更なる機能拡張が継続しています。 わざわざこれを出したのは、当拡張であるiorate様のuBlacklistと同じくGithubでオープンソースとして公開されているからです。 作者が開発停止したらそれまでだったプロプライエタリの時代から、思い立った人間が自由に引き継いだりフォークしたりできる（もちろん各々のオープンソースライセンスはしっかり守らないといけませんが） オープンソース時代になったことの有り難みを感じざるを得ません。
Personal Blocklistが完全に使えなくなったので代わりを探していました。 求めていた通り検索結果から一部のサイトを消すことができるようになり満足しています。 いくつか似たような拡張機能を試しましたが、uBlacklistで検索結果を非表示、一時的に再表示したときの見た目が気に入りました。

Personal Blocklist系ではシンプルかつ一番使いやすいです(^▽^)/ 検索結果から２クリックでブロックできます。 それと正規表現が使えるのが何より便利です。 「/^(?=.*xn--).*$/」と1行加えるだけで鬱陶しい日本語ドメインURLを すべて消すことができます(o^―^o)
Very Nice extension. It has the facility to block sites from the search results itself. We do not need to open a site just to block it. Kudos.
ブロックしたはずなのに表示されるバグが発生してます。 これじゃブロックの意味ないです。
いわゆるコピペブログのみならず、キュレーションメディア、企業系ゲーム攻略サイトなど、他サイトからの盗用または薄い内容の多い低質なサイトは、常に量産され続け検索結果を汚染しています。 その対策として、検索結果を除外できる拡張の中でもこのuBlacklistは一番でしょう。Google謹製のPersonal Blocklistはもう更新されておらず、検索結果から直接ブラックリストに入れられなくなり、また消える前に一瞬見えてしまうので、この拡張にはとても助かりました。
