Remove your Block Ads option! This option is on by default and it provokes YouTube to detect that you are using and ad blocker, which provokes YouTube to show you the 3 videos warning. As soon as you deactivate the Block Ads option, YouTube works normally and BRAVE does the job of blocking ads correctly. The rest of the extension is working great, but you really need to remove the Ads Management area. You need a very complex ad-blocker nowadays for YouTube. The one included with Brave is great and enough.

This extension is no longer functional due to YouTube's increased enforcement against ad blockers. Despite not utilizing the ad-blocking feature and not enabling the ad-blocking button, activating this extension causes YouTube to declare that I have enabled an ad blocker, rendering the platform unusable. The one-star rating is solely to draw attention to this issue. I would gladly give it a five-star rating once this problem is resolved. Thank you.
