They have charged me two times for Pro subscription but subscription is still not active. I have tried to contact to support but no reply. Very poor support. Refund my money.

POSSIBLE SCAM - They took my money but didn't give me my Dux-Soup Points In order to download email addresses, you must purchase "Dux-Soup Points". I've tried six times to purchase "Dux-Soup Points". Each time the purchase goes through on Google Pay but my Dux-Soup account still shows zero points. I've tried three different credit cards, six different times so I've now spent $90 and got nothing in return. Google Pay shows the transactions in my history, but Dux-Soup shows a zero balance. I use these cards extensively with Google Pay (including several times today) so it's not a problem with the credit cards. With almost 50,000 users listed on the Chrome Extension page, I thought this would be a great package for lead generation from LinkedIn. It's hard to believe they have so many users but the software just doesn't work.
