Had a great demo of the product by Will and as a result the entire sales team want to use Dux-Soup. Great support articles and a fantastic product.
First a great app, but when you have problems with some functionalities, they say that they will fix in the next update, but after 25 emails its still a mess. Refunds on paid subscription they refuse.
great product to build your spear of influence on LinkedIn. Crashes sometimes and the tool bar extension goes away, always a challenge to get it back.
