Love the features it adds to YouTube, but they really need to learn to stay in their own lane. I did not download this extension to get notified of new Chrome versions. Chrome already does that for me. Please stop checking for Chrome updates, and please stop opening new tabs and showing new pop-ups every time the extension updates. "!!! ATTENSION !!!" Despite the accusations the developer keeps making about negative reviewers, I can tell you I am not a developer of a competing extension. I don't have any idea how to develop a Chrome extension. I'm just a user of a very useful extension that has started spamming me with popups that are completely unrelated to the purpose of the extension. I gain nothing from writing this review, other than the hope that maybe the developer will realize his misguided decisions and remove the unwanted "features" from his extension. Since it's clear the developer is more interested in calling us all liars than actually listening to us, I don't believe there's any reason to hope he'll change his mind, so I'm uninstalling the extension now. Hopefully I can find a similar extension from the supposed plethora of competing developers.

Been using this extension for almost 3 years now. If you watch a lot of youtube this is an absolute "must have" extension. Between better sound control, auto-pausing new videos (with the option to disable this feature on playlists), automatic video quality, (not the "Auto" quality on youtube, but a quality you can choose to be set to automatically if available. If the quality is not available, it will choose the next best quality available), night mode, and a lot more.

Great add-on, but ffs please remove the constant update window. I'm so tired of seeing it nearly ever time I launch Chrome. If it doesn't work, I'll update. I don't need a notification or a new window to check for an update...
