As soon as I get my information out of Norton, I'm dropping it. I"ve had Norton help and the help of another individual for the last 5 hours and I still can't get my passwords! The exception may be if I pay an additional $14.95 or choose an extension that is free for 60 days.
I love this chrome add-on from Norton. I prefer this over the Google password manager as I can have this on all my computers and mobile devices and can have all my things secured in one app. This is now my main manager as I lock myself out of my old password manager LastPass. I love Norton's programs and never have to pay an arm and a leg for the 5 devices it covers.

Didn't care for Google 40 years ago and still don't care for it. Nothing works without problems that should work easily all the time. Definitly NOT user Friendly.
If there was anything lower than the one star I would give it that. It tells you to go to a certain place on your phone like Settings and click on something that is not even there. When it works correctly it is a good product but it just take to much time trying to figure out what it wants you to do. I just wanted to go in and review my saved passwords. Still trying to get that done
I turned it off. If my phone wasn't handy, I had to go find the password each time my computer restarted...even with it having fingerprint recognition. Other programs handle that fine. Why can't Norton? I also detest their continuous attempts to try to get me to purchase their products that should already be included in the annual fee (esp. cleaning out junk and updating broken links). I'm seriously considering dropping Norton entirely. In the end and after four years, the value offered isn't worth the price paid.
Certain processes are implied to function in a certain way, and they do not. So you spend a lot of time going the long way around to get something to work. There's a constant (near daily) solicitation of some new service which is bizarre when you have pretty much everything Norton offers.
It used to work fine, but now every time I close chrome I have to re-enter the password, over and over again, before it allowed it to continue running in the background, now it doesn't, and it's very tiring to be logging in all the time.
This worked perfectly for a long time but in the past weeks does not perform as well. I have to reset the PM every time. Given we pay for this, can you FIX IT for ALL your customers or I will use another application & say goodbye to Norton.
