Cant unlock it with my mobile app for some reason. It worked before but now that i reinstalled it it doesn't work anymore. I would not recommend any Norton product, and i regret paying for a whole year of this garbage.
I am not happy with this password keeper. It does not ask to set up site when opened. I will continuing my other password keeper. You need to give us options of how we want to save sites and passwords and I hate having to sign in to my main account and access the password keeper from there.
Won't open. Piece of junk.
Ne fonctionne pas sur Google Chrome alors qu'elle est installée et ajoutée ; elle fonctionne sur les autres navigateurs.
Since the last update absolutely terrible I'm having to reinstall extensions numerous times a week to keep the thing working in conjunction with the mobile application. It used to be so nice & simple to use add the extensions to the browsers, link to the mobile app bish-bash-bosh a nice easy to use app to keep my passwords safe. Will be looking for alternatives as having to reset extensions on multiple devices really is a waste of my time. Update 05 Aug I thought I'd give Norton Password manager a 2nd chance since writing my original review, Is it any better NO...... in fact it now seems worse than ever. I have 3 devices & my phone running the App, it's a roll of the dice that they work properly almost everytime I launch the App. Requesting Vault password to unlock on a regular basis. If I reset my vault password & then resync the devices 8 out of 10 times it fails to recognise the new password. I don't trust the App now & worry that when I need to use something with a password stored in a vault will I actually be able to get to it easily. Adios Norton Password Manager I'm checking out.
This Norton Security and Password Vault is the worst thing I have ever encountered. Norton SUCKS! Period. Sorry I got it and I will be dumping it SOON!
I have tried to down load this password manager and it does not have a place to download it. I had it before and worked fine without all the extra stuff but now it is complicated. If anyone has a suggestion please let me know.
auch bei mir lässt sich der Passwortmanager seit 2 Wochen nicht mehr öffnen. Er verlangt das Master Passwort obwohl ich vorher immer mit dem Fingerprint geöffnet habe. Das Passwort schluckt er nicht. Dem Wiederherstellungsschlüssel nimmt er auch nicht an. Anruf bei Norton in Zürich hat auch nichts gebracht. Dummerweise habe ich kurz vorher das Jahre Abo erneuert, da tut der Rausschmiss doppelt weh. Ich muss erwähnen das ich vorher jahrelang sehr zufrieden war.
Seems like I have to come up with new passwords all the time. Maybe a system where the pw manager is always on once "finally" going through all the check-in processes. I do understand that security is the primary concern--------but it should not be so difficult. JC
It was working well but it no longer will let me log in. Needs to provide a way to print all log ins & passwords periodically so you aren't stranded unable to access essential sites
