Norton Password Manage produced a "Server Error - we are working on it" each time I was attempted to login. If I clicked the Help button instead, the norton support page results in a 400 error. I have no issues with this extension on IE or Edge, nor with the iOS app. This extension in it's current form on Version 79.0.3945.79 of Chrome is useless.

I have learned to use Norton Password Manager and I love it EXCEPT that its' protection level is very high thus it times out so quickly that I'm constantly needing to log back in with my Norton password about at the rate of needing any password for any site which it may be useful for. Another example of how quickly password re-entry becomes necessary was that I was building a "Wallet" item which was important and took some time and after all of my work and energy, it asked for my password and lost everything that I did which made me mighty angry ! ! ! I use this extension and application very much ! ! ! I again agree how wonderful this tool is so five stars !

Useless! never works! Asks for vault password every time i close my laptop or close chrome or any other browser! When trying to validate it says sent approval request on your phone but it never actually does that until much much much later! once i got 23 notifications on my iphone after 3 a.m in the morning because i requested as many a day earlier.

From what I read on here about the Vault sign in, these people may possibly have a second or maybe even a third Vault password that may have been forgotten. Thus leading to the computer's confusion and asking for multiple sign-ins.

The Norton Passport Manager and Vault allow me access to my passwords on multiple platforms; my tablet, laptop, desktop and home and work and my cell phone. The Password Generator provides highly secure passwords and stores them - I don't have to write them down (always a bad idea) or use easy to remember passwords which are easier to hack. I've been using Norton and the vault for years and have never had an issue with Norton products. I don't understand how people are having trouble or issues with this extension. My only problems have been with browsers not supporting the extension. I highly recommend Norton Security with Vault and password generator.

When it works it's very easy and handy to use. However, as I type this, I haven't been able to access via Chrome for a week or two. Despite chatting to a Norton rep, the issue is still not resolved with no timeframe given for a resolution. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the extension for Chrome, but just won't log me in. Android app is working fine, so I have to access my passwords via phone when I'm using Chrome on my laptop. Annoying.

Har en bug som inte verkar fixas: Unchecked runtime.lastError: The message port closed before a response was received. Går inte att ställa in så att den ignorerar vissa sidor vilket är extremt irriterande.

What the hell? After Chrome or Windows update, I cannot open vault. The tab is opened, and is closed down. I got a message "Sorry, something went wrong, please try again", really? Something? How can I turn it on, remove the extension, and reinstall the extension, and it works. But I have to do every single time open the Chrome after quit/exit chrome. Super annoying.
