I KEEP GETTING A "SERVER ERROR" WHENEVER I OPEN MY PASSWORD MANAGE , AFTER INITIAL SIGN IN, BEFORE I PUT IN A PASSWORD. i HAVE WASTED 4 DAYS IN A ROW TRYING TO GET THIS FIXED, PLUS AT LEAST 7-8 HOURS LISTENING TO THE TERRIBLE MUSIC BESIDES THE WOMAN SAYING DON'T HANG-UP, BECAUSE ALL CALLS ARE ANSWERED IN ORDER OF CALLING. THINGS WERE BETTER BEFORE LIFELOCK ACQUIRED NORTON. NOW IT IS HORRENDOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Funciona em site onde o login é na mesma página (ex: e-mail e senha). E quando insere o e-mail em uma página e abre outra para digitar a senha, não funciona.

I have always, I say I "have" always loved the Password manager feature of Norton. Today however for the first time that I can remember it rejected my perfectly fine password. Oh well, I still think it rocks.

I' ve been using Norton ID Safe (Now Password manager since its inception) I've put up with the growing pains and stuck with it. Now, instead of getting better, it's getting worse. I can't close the vault, it doesn't sync, it doesn't autofill unless you have the exact address the first time meaning that if I open a web site and then go to log into that site, Password manager does nothing. I have to copy and paste. These questions have been asked a thousand times in the support forum with no acceptable answer from Norton. I have been a customer for over 15 years and Norton is about to lose my business because all they do is keep trying to sign me up for more, using scare tactics. Enough is enough.

This application is useless to say the least, absolutely horrific experience #1: Forcing users to re-enter passwords (re-authenticate) every single time they launch a browser is horrible. #2: The "push to login" (ie: send login to phone) doesn't work, of course #3: Forcing users to manually enter passwords (as opposed to copy and paste from a secure file) , just bad Develop PROPER PASSWORD MANAGEMENT UTILITIES

It was very good but recently the icon in the Chrome menu bar stays gray when the vault is open when it used to change to black. This means it not obvious when the vault is open and you can forget about it being left open.
