I did the remote proctored exam and it was just insane. I did all of the initial stuff to begin my exam but it never loaded. My exam was scheduled at 10 and i didn't begin until 11:45. I had to call tech support who was amazing and helped me out. Kept kicking me out in the middle of my exam as well. Overall took me 3 hours to get it done.

It was not easy to figure out hour to start the exam. When I finally did, you're connected to an agent whom can see you but you can not see nor hear them only chat. I was disconnected from my exam in the middle of the test and then had to repeat the sign in process. The first time was stressful enough. Then the second time the person needed to see my feet? Also, they wanted me to remove my cats from the room I was in, but I had no where else I could put them. Also, I scratched my mouth and was told not to do that. So super stressful.

Was the most stressful test taking process. I got kicked from my exam 4 times and had a hard time getting in contact with people to help. The exam was supposed to take me 3 hours, with all the issues i ran into it ended up taking me 4

It was very stressful. I was kicked out of my exam 3 times for not having the bandwidth. After the first time, I asked if I could plug in my ethernet cable as I couldn't have it plugged in and scan the room with my laptop. I was still kicked out. If I have to take another exam I'll do it in person. I took another exam online using another proctor service and didn't have any issures.

does not even deserve a star. VERY stressful, caused multiple breakdowns. Kicked me out of exam multiple times and took a significantly long time to log back into the exam. Had to go through the process of showing my room and environment multiple times afterward.

This exam was unbelievably stressful, the process is overwhelming and i was kicked out of my exam 6 times wile testing. This process made the test taking part very difficult to focus and my stress got the best of me. I don't recommend this form of testing and will never want to do this again.

Overall the test was fine. They are very particular about what you can have on your desk. I understand them not wanting you to cheat but not being able to drink anything during the test is crazy. The directions could have been a little more clear but overall it was not the worst remote test I have taken.
